The following Client Agreement & Terms and Conditions applies to all client orders from aDorryble Delights ("We" or "Our").

Client and Event Details

Client Details & Privacy:
To fulfill your order or notify you about our products and services; aDorryble Delights may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website the following information:

• client name,
• client phone number,
• client email address,
• serving size,
• cake design thoughts,
• type of cake,
• event date

We respect the privacy of our clients. Any personal information collected, will be retained solely for the purposes of your order, for any other purpose with your consent and will not be disclosed to a third party.

1. Pick-up and Delivery: 

You have the option to pick up your cake and desserts or have your order delivered. Delivery comes at an additional cost based on your order as well as the distance of your venue. 

We are not responsible for damages to any product after it has been delivered and set-up. The client must provide an appropriate environment; such as a secure table, location, optimal weather condition for the product. It is important to note that cakes can be heavy and require a sturdy table along with an optimal room temperature of 24 degrees celsius or below.  Direct sunlight and temperatures of 24 degrees celcius and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on any cake.

Any repairs or additional cakes will be subject to additional fees.

2. Designs & Allergies

Design Variations:
Custom cakes are a work of art and we make every attempt to provide an exact design and to color match. It may not be possible to match an exact shade of a color, however, we will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to slight variations. 

Cake Changes:
Upon paying your final balance, your cake design and flavors will be set. Additional changes to the style, size, or flavors after your final payment cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Allergies: 
We make every attempt to accommodate dietary preferences. Although best practices are used in the creation of our products, baked goods may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. A client is to notify all consumers of this risk and exercise judgment in the consumption of the baked product.

Non Edible Materials: 
Our products may contain food grade plastic to aid in the construction.​ These materials must be removed prior to the consumption of the product.

3. Pricing

Deposits:
To secure an event date, a 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. 

Equipments:

If renting stands, a deposit is required (the cost depending on the type of stand) in addition to the rental fee. The stand must be returned within 1 week of the event date to aDorryble Delights in the same condition in which it was rented in order for the deposit to be returned. 

Final Payment: 
The final balance is due one week prior to pick-up or delivery. If the remaining balance is not paid within this timeline, the order will be cancelled.

Method of Payment:
We accept cash, interac and credit cards payments.

4. Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: 
Orders cancelled within 4 weeks of the due date are eligible for a refund - not including the non-refundable deposit of 50 percent of the order total.

If a client needs to cancel an order due to an emergency after the 4 week cutoff, please contact adorryble@gmail.com and we can discuss reallocating the deposit or order
amount for a future date.

Photo Rights: 
We may photograph all cake products and photos may appear on our website and social media pages. We may also request/order copies of photos from your photographer and credit the photographer in any social media post.

We reserve the right to use any photographs for our own reference or for display and/or promotion without compensation to you.

Fresh Flowers:
Fresh flowers are not food products. Flowers  that are not food-grade will be stem-wrapped or dipped in a food-safe barrier coating.
